Who we are
Mira Websites (ABN 33 494 081 716) is a registered business name, based in Melbourne, VIC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Mira Websites. You can contact us at hello@mirawebsites.com.au or 0416 547 523.
What we collect
When you use our chat form, we collect your name, your business name, your phone number or email address, and what you tell us about your business. If you call or email us, we keep the details you share in that conversation. When you become a client, we also keep the information needed to provide our services and to bill you: your business name, ABN, contact details, billing address and payment records. When you accept our agreement on your sign-up page, we also record the agreement version, the date and time, your IP address and browser details, as proof of your acceptance.
Why we collect it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to book and hold our chat, to provide and support our services, and to keep our business records. We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
Who processes it
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our website, email and payments:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website, protects our forms from spam (Turnstile) and gives us visit statistics without cookies (Web Analytics).
- Resend — sends the email notifications created by our forms.
- Migadu — hosts our mailboxes.
- Stripe — processes client payments and stores payment details. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and client and payment records for as long as the law requires (generally 5 years for tax records). When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@mirawebsites.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first at hello@mirawebsites.com.au so we can make it right. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
