- Your domain is registered in your name, from day one.
- Your email, your content, your logo and your brand are always yours.
- Your website is part of our service: we design, build, host and look after it while you're with us. If you leave, you take your domain, emails, texts, photos and enquiries with you. Want to keep the site itself? You can buy it (12 × your monthly fee).
- $0 upfront. You only start paying when you approve your finished site — that's when you set up your payment, not before.
- 12-month minimum, then month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice, online or in writing.
- Leaving early? The exit fee is published, with a worked example: the lower of 50% of the remaining monthly fees and the build cost we haven't yet recovered.
- Launch price? It is fixed for 12 months, then the standard price applies. You see the exact date before you sign up.
- Cancelling during the build: $199, or less if we've done less work.
- We never treat silence as approval.
- We give 30 days' notice of any other price change, and you can leave without an exit fee if you don't accept it.
- We don't promise Google rankings. Nobody honestly can.
